A Coprinus.
i am not sure but it may be Coprinopsis cordispora (Syn. Coprinus cordisporus).
I looks like a Coprinus or Coprinopsis. Does it suffer deliquescence? Spores are special and very distinctive. They have a large germ pore.
This is a Coprinellus (formerly Coprinus), most likely C. micaceus, which is a common and cosmopolitan species. See under "Coprinus micaceus" on this page: http://americanmushrooms.com/lawnandgarden.htm
Dear David
Thanks for your comment.
Tank you for your help

Dear Edgardo
Thanks, I looks like a Coprinus and it suffer deliquescence.
