For me it is some species from Crambidae family. Due to the condition of the specimen, it is difficult for me to identify what kind of species it is, but I am able to risk that it may be a representative of the genus Megastes (maybe Megastes pusialis?).
Your photo is out of focus. We need close up pictures taken with a profesional camera, also we need more data, locality and host plant at least to ID to species level.
