I think that these are exudate droplets. See e.g. Mycology 102:1-10 (2010) for further info. We observed the same phenomenon when cultivating Armillaria sp.

I would agree with Dr. Helmut Brandl. We also see the same phenomenon in black fungi.

I would agree with the "exudate droplets" idea! I observed the same on some of my cultures. 

Add a  picture of the spores, to check its morphology.

If this strusture have spores inside, I think that could it be a pionnote. A pionnote is an effuse, gelatinous or viscous sporodochium, this structure is formed only in culture media. (see Ulloa and Hanlin, 2012.  Illustrated Dictionary of Mycology.

Post a picture of the spores and/or the fructing bodie, it may help with the identification.

The isolate belongs to the genus Diaporthe. A similar culture with similar structures can be observed in the paper:

" Diaporthe: a genus of endophytic, saprobic and plant

pathogenic fungi" R.R. Gomes, C. Glienke1, S.I.R. Videira, L. Lombard, J.Z. Groenewald, P.W. Crous
