Can anyone help how to find two binding constants (Ka1 and Ka2) for a binding ratio of Host:Guest = 1:2 using Fluorescence titration?

I am titrating a fluorescent guest having fixed concentration with a a non-fluorescent host. I am supposed to get a 2:1 binding ratio of Guest:Host. Hill equation can be fitted to get binding constant for 1:1 binding in Origin 8.0. Can anyone suggest which equation can be fitted to get the two binding constants Ka1 and Ka2 in Origin 8.0?
