Three major components are need for this synthesis.

1. 1 M Hcl  2. 1 M any Oxidizing agent like Ammonium peroxydisulfate or Ammonium Per sulfate etc 3. Aniline

step 1- You take 100 ml of 1M HCl and add to 5 ml of aniline, Keep on this mixture on magnetic stirrer.

Step 2. Add 100 ml of 1M Ammonium persulfate to above mixing solution drop wise, and keep these solution on magnetic stirrer for a period of 24 h.

Step 3. After 24h you get a dark green precipitate thats your polyaniline.

Step 4. now this  precipitate is washed with distilled water till the ph comes normal range ( around ph=7.0) and collect polymerized Polyaniline.

Step 5. now this polyaniline put into a methanol solution and Dry in oven.

so this the way you can get a polyaniline with good yield.
