We are working on measuring and tracking the progression of different neuromuscular diseases such as SMA/DMD using wearable sensors. It would be really helpful if anyone can give a public dataset relevant to this study.

As to whether wearable devices were used, I have no idea, but here's a dataset from Kaggle - https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/michalverdonck/neuromuscular-monitoring-data
There's also another dataset which is only available upon reasonable request
