I need an endorsement to submit my preprints in arXiv.org. I am in the bioinformatics research field. The arXiv requires an endorsement for me because my institution doesn't provide any institutional mail.
Why don't you use bioRxiv instead? It plays the same role in life science and suites your field well. It allows to upload your preprints from a personal mail and doesn't require additional verification.

Yes I agree with Alexandr Pozharskiy , try bioRxiv instead. It don't need any endorsement.
Just one advice, if bioRxiv return your manuscript because some shapes and figures are similar to other figures in previously published papers. Then, you can email the editorial team and notify them that bioinformatics tools can generate similar shapes in general but the details will be different. This is based on my previous experience.
