Hi
I am new to R, having previously worked with commercial software (SPSS), and I would like to ask for advice as to what to use for the following analysis:
I have 102 subjects and a within subject variable (Time- subjects were measured in 4 moments), and a categorical between subjects one, with three modalities (emotion regulation strategy).
I am looking for a robust correspondent of ANOVA since my data is not normally distributed and preliminary analysis showed quite a number of outliers. I have been reading and the nlme package seems to fit, but I am really confused as to what to use. Any directions or a script could be really helpful. I am also attaching a txt file of my data. Group is the between subjects variable. HFn1, HFn2, HFn3 and HFn4 are the levels of the first dependent variable (measured 4 times), whereas HR1, HR2, HR3 and HR4 are the levels of the second dependent variable (again measured 4 times). I am mostly interested in the interaction effect between Time and Group.
Thank you very much
