My Current Method is as follows
Biotage SLE columns Apply 1000uL sample + 300uL 4% formic acid Wait 5 minutes Elute with 3.0mL Ethyl Acetate or MTBE Allow to drain
and Elute with a second 3.0mL aliquot of solvent Dry down to 0.5mL Inject.
However I am not entirely sutisfied with the recovery and volume of solvent I am using as it takes bit long to dry or reduce it.
