We are studying the reach and conditions of information processes for participants in sports events (especially outdoors ones, like trail running, MTB, etc) in order to consolidate both a better safe practice AND a stronger legal basis around the Assumption of Risk concept.
I believe you read this study ( Assumption of Risk and Consent Doctrine in Sport) but I just want to remind you it is an amazing publication about the assumption of risk in sports events.

Excellent! I didn´t know this study. All our research had gone through texts in Spanish, so far. So this is a remarkable addition.
Please read on the subject (risk hypothesis and acceptance of doctrine in sports). But it's an amazing publication about risk assumption in sporting events.
