I have sub divided the questionnaire into 6 sections.

2) How type of content influence the purchase decision making?
3) How children cognitive abilities in understanding the advertisements influence the purchase decision making process?
4) How mediation of parents influence the purchase decision making?
5) How mediation of peers influence the purchase decision making?
6) How the consumer decision making sub processes influence the purchase decision making?
Does anybody have a validated questionnaire in measuring the impact of advertising?
