Please let me tell how Fenton Reaction solution is prepared and how does its demand as an oxidant is estimated before injecting its dose.
Please let me tell the contact time (period) also for the accomplishment / execution of complete reaction as is done during chlorine demand process.

Mixing of peroxide into a low pH iron solution will create oxidizing hydroxyl radicals. The decomposition rate of peroxide argues for a rapid mixing process (pumping of the low pH iron contaminated solution into an in-line mixer, with peroxide injected into the flow immediately prior to the in-line mixer, is recommended (see the So. African "Abrimix" technology for the mixing step).
The rates of oxidative destruction of contaminant organic and inorganic material is species specific. High intensity Abrimix mixing pretty much delivers the maximum oxidative destruction that can be achieved by a single Fenton's reagent exposure.
In my view you must search research papers related to your specific field like what is optimum pH reported, doses for achieving good and efficient targeted parameters,then you will be able to apply some new or innovative technique in your scientific experiment.
I am affraid that all answers are to general for you. The reason is that the more specific information is needed. For example: reaction time depends upon more parameters like pollutant(s) to be treated, its concentration, temperature of treated wastewater, pH. The same is true for dosage of Fenton´s oxidation reagent. The reaction time could be partially controlled by the ratio Fe2+ : H2O2, too.
It means that top answer your questions reliably, more concrete information is needed.
