Demyelination in whitematter is a hallmark pathology of MS, also found in spinal cord of female SJL/J mice in EAE model. Though T helper type1 and TH17 has profound implication, this is worth-knowing the NO regulation in brain with formation of protein- NO complex (Nitration) as an explanation of cell damage.
