Can anybody tell me how to set/up and run a basic "background exclusion" experiment whith Thermo s AcquireX workflow?

I try to set up an AcquireX workflow for out Orbitrap. I selected an MS1 experiment and an MS2 experiment with exclusion list, run 5 samples, but in the end it looked as if no MSMS/file has been recorde. How to set up AcquireX_
