I am looking for some oxide semiconductor that has absorption bands from 1100nm to 1900 nm in the near IR range. Can anybody suggest some metal that are active around that windiow? But they should not absorb below 1050 nm because we want to use the emission around 800~1000 nm. If some reference would be highly appriciable.
