I am working on a time course expression analysis experiment with developing Arabidopsis siliques. I am facing difficulties in extracting RNA from the limited amount of sample (approx. 30-50 mg of developing siliques). Can anybody suggest me a good protocol for extracting the RNA from developing siliques with the least possible amount of sample. Your suggestions will be of a great help to my work.

Thank you all for the response. Dear Deniz Kom, did you optimize it for different tissues or for a particular tissue. Incase if it works with developing siliques (they would have lot of polysaccharides and secondary metabolites) could you kindly share the protocol or help me out with the citation if you have already published it.
