You can use the hydrologic tool for morphometric tool .

On Qgis ou can use the SagaGIS tools ( or in native software) terrain analysis - > morphometry.

ArcHydro Extension is one ARCGIS based tool which is powerful in morphometric Analysis

It is better to use data management tools in ARC GIS environment to that kind of morphomtric analysis. Especailly as stream order, drinage network, topology tool, vectorization and rasteization etc..
