I am intended to study Wnt pathway in certain system for which I need to know the level of β-catenin. Although I have antibodies to tag the total and stabilized β-catenin, I am not sure about the nuclear β-catenin. Can anybody suggest any specific antibodies/methods that could tag nuclear β-catenin? Thank You
Mouse mAb PY489-B-catenin (available from the Developmental Studies Hybridoma Bank) supposedly targets "nuclear-bound/active beta-catenin".
