Hello Manasa,

The other option is to  use vacuum at room temperature to drive away  moisture .By the way what is sample nature? If it is organic sample you could dissolve in solvents and dry over anhydrous sodium or magnesium sulfate.The other option is azeotropic removal of moisture  from sample. Hope this tips helps you.
