Can anybody recommend a step-by-step procedure/tutorial to use HAZUS in Indian Sub-continent (e.g. Bangladesh)?

Attached is a simple failure analysis per HAZUS for a short highway system. HAZUS calls for some knowledge about risk analysis as well as fragility curves.

Actually, HAZUS's tables give you the mean and dispersion factors by which fragility curves can be obtained.

Respect the fact that HAZUS was obtained per American structures and lifelines and care should be exercised when using it for other countries.
