Files required for doing quantitative phase analysis using fullprof software..
Here are the .cif-files for Alpha and Beta-Tungsten.
Be careful: Beta-Tungsten is W3O.
As for WO3: There´re around 90 entries for tungsten oxides in the database. Which spacegroup or modification do you need ?
Try one of free databases:
http://rruff.geo.arizona.edu/AMS/amcsd.php
http://icsd.fiz-karlsruhe.de/search/chemistry.xhtml
you can also search on crystallography open data base.
Thank you very much sir..Actually i need cif file for monoclinic WO3 having space group of P21/n.
Regards
Why not try the above link?
O.k. Here it is.
Have fun.
Thank you very much all..
