The standard symbol that used for the size of crystallite which is used in (L) which is used in many published papers (please see the attached file).
Any how you can use any symbol to refer to the size of crystallite and you must identify this symbol after referring.

Really, there are many used symbols for the crystallite size. Personally, I used the letter D to refer to it. The appended works uses D as symbol for the crystallite size. I hope they help you in your study.
