As its a well known fact that Low range of temperature directly hamper the Biogas Production inside anaerobic Digester (2-3 m3). So it is required to maintain the sufficient temperature inside the same specifically during the winter season. I will appreciate the suggestion by researchers and scientist with practical & theoretical know-how.

Thanks Fuqing Xu for showing your interest and suggestions.Heating digester Through outlet water from CHP is undoubtedly a good approach BUT here I am in search of some basic or elementary idea to provide heating effect to digester (Floating Type 2-3 m3), Which can be easily adaptable in rural areas by lay man .
Depends on mesophilic or thermophilic range (bacteria ) the anaerobic digestion would be 32-36 or 52-56 deg C respectively. So accordingly feed can be sent hot to match the desired temp or may be heated in a buffer tank by steam or hot water and sent to Didester.
It is always easy to heat up the entrance (influent).
If the digester has not been constructed yet, you can use heating pipes within that circulates hot water for small scale systems like radiators in apartments. The operator just turn it on/off.

After going through various ideas and suggestions.One of the feasible solutions to be focused is the continuous flow of hot water through the influent inside the digester. Circular hollow pipe (GI ) arrangement has been made with proper inlet of hot water.This spiral arrangement is placed at middle of digester to maintain the temperature at 35-400C even at night during winter season
Also It has been planned to use biogas only to heat up the water at the inlet of the coil(water pipe) system
Use solar water heaters for heating the digester and also use a mechanical stirrer. Otherwise if your digester is made up of heat conducting material, then put it in a water bath pot, and heat the water with solar water heater.
The easiest and cheapest solution is not heat up at all even in winter time, but only if the digester is located underground. The fermentation is an exothermic process and the reactions heat is enough to support the mesophilic temperature if the biogas unit is put into operation in warm season (latest in autumn, for days average temp of ca. 15-20 deg.C). I developed such unit and feeded it in Sept but first biogas to be used for cooking and boiler was available in Nov. During winter with negative temp. the digester still worked but next winter we fitted it with a greenhouse just to cover the floating drum.
Adding hot water could make a shock and disturb the biochemical balance, as even a sharp variation of few deg.C could unbalance the entire process and stop the biogas production.
