This tree is very like to Castor bean plant (Ricinus Communis).
Of course I sure that this tree is not Castor bean. But is very like that.
probably it is another species from Castor bean plant (Ricinus sp).
It is undoubtedly Jatropha gossypiifolia of Euphorbiaceae family. It is a small tree native to Central America and South America. I have recorded this plant species from Banaras Hindu University main campus, India

Thanks, I think u r right. I also guessed this species may be Jatropha species.
There is a facility in agricultural universities to identify any plant species. Without authorization letter from them, we can't use the scientific name of any plant.
