I'm deigning a rectifier for a rectenna at an operating frequency of 28 GHz. I used High Frequency HSMS-2860 diode for the circuit but it didn't resonate at 28 GHz although I did the matching properly using the Smith Chart. Now I want to design the same circuit using the above-mentioned MACOM diode. Can anybody help me out with this?
First you need to model Macom diode using spice parameters available in the datasheet.

Like the attached file you need to model Macom diode.
The paracitic values (Lp, Cp) you may found from any published work on mmW rectifier/rectenna.
I have no idea about mmW rectifier Circuits much.
Md AHSAN Halimi Thankyou so much! Please do let me know if I want to go for fabrication of this Rectenna do I need to design the equivalent circuit of the antenna in ADS? Do I need to add anything extra in ADS for the fabrication procedure? And how to generate the layout in ADS?
If you want to fabricate complete Rectenna, then you need to place rectifier copper part in HFSS, to check the impact on antenna performance.
After that you may export from HFSS.
Also, individual rectifier gbr file can be export from ADS

@Mohadese, First you need to collect the data from datasheet of desired diode. Then need to model the diode including parasitic components. For example I have included an example of diode modelling of HSMS in the previous answer of training message.
