Can anybody help me with the CDS feature of BankIt (NCBI Sequence submission Tool)?

I'm submitting a partial nucleotide sequence. I'm facing a problem at the last step where to add Coding Sequence(CDS)feature I have to mention the reading frame.Moreover I'm also not sure about the addition of nucleotide interval feature.
