Can anybody help me to suggest a good anti-fouling coating material for stainless steel?

I am looking for a polymer coating for stainless steel to prevent it from fouling inside reaction vessels at temperature around 200 (oC). I am also looking the effect of temperature of hydrothermal carbonisation of plastics so can anybody suggest any good coating materials and methodology to test them please?
