You can find the documentation of OpenMC at https://docs.openmc.org/en/stable/

I do hope you are familiar with Linux based OS. You can't run OpenMC in Windows OS. The terminal command is openmc or if you use python based environment you can use openmc.run() command. Hope you find this useful.
