We electropolymerized this molecule (EDOT-Fullerene). If you look the growing (via repetitive CVs), it is possible to observe that anodic process is not similar to PEDOT. I supposed steric factors impede the EDOT rings coplanarity in the polymer chain.
I would not assume that even "normal" PEDOT would have the monomer units in a coplanar arrangement; maybe this paper can help you?

For differences in CV, maybe (or probably?) not only steric differences may play a role, but wouldn't the fullerence unit also interact (at least by polarization of the monomer unit?)?
