Determination of moths by photo is difficult to impossible, I know. This applies especially to Coleophoridae. I determined this moth as Coleophora lixella ZELLER 1849. There is a similar species, Coleophora tricolor WALSINGHAM, 1899, which is not part of the German fauna.
Specifications: Germany, Bayerischer Wald, open wood with oaks, hornbeam and pines, sunny and dry, July 26th, 2013, light trap.

this question is also on Lepiforum yet (and I am member of this organisation :), but I did not get an answer until now. The specialists for microlepidoptera are few and far between!
But despite this: this is a very good website for belongings of european butterflies and moths - and I use it every day!

It is most probably C. lixella because C. tricolor is a British Isles endemite. Moreover, these taxa are extremely similar as to both external appearance and genitalia structures. I am not sure if they are different biologic species. The second sp. may have the apical part of antenna ringed blackish. Having no authentic material of tricolor, I cannot confirm this.
