I identified the figured Blattodea specimen as Ectobius vittiventris which is a neozoon for Germany and appears to distribute from the southern parts to the north. There appears to be only one published record from North Rhine-Westphalia. This could be another one when the identity is clear.

I am no specialist, but I would rather assign the animal Ectobius lapponicus (female). Apart from the stouter build at lapponicus, there is still a possibility of undecleating the glandular pit on the seventh tergite (not visible here).
How long is the specimen? The pronotum looks like it has no black markings, which would support the E vittiventris identification. But a picture of the underside would also help.
