I need experienced pathologists advice about histological assessment of rats liver tissue. In our study we investigated 3 different fatty acids (2 concentrations) in rats for 20 weeks. For histological assessments we need at least 2 pathologists’ evaluation comments in blinded fashion. I m happy to help you if I get the chance for an adequate analysis. Sent me 3 coded unstained slides per animal, The animals per group (which are coded) should be recoqnizable to assess intraindividual variability.
I will respond to you with a report and some pictures when needed from the special stains within 4 weeks after receival of the slides.
