I Need to store synthetic peptide for years, whats the condition and storage method for this, some peptide degeneration takes place even in moisture free -200c. can you suggest any effective storage methods?

Place your peptide/proteins in clean moisture free pen-up glass tube (before remove air by vacuum by sealing method) and seal it and then kept it below -70C, sure it won't be degenerate and i will give more life.,
Around -200C you kept peptide in sealed container.,
If hydrophilic peptide means it easily absorb moisture and get disappear, so that you make sure free from moisture.,
Amide functionalised peptide will give long life..

It depends on time of storage. You can keep them between 0 to -8 0C but the best time might be -20 0C.

I can confirm that best storage condition is the moisture-free, lyophilized form. For longterm storage we use argon atmosphere and a temperature of -80 degree C. Important: avoid repeated freeze-thaw-cycles, therefore use small aliquots for freeze drying.

Yes the best temperature is below -8 degree C. With moisture and contamination free Environment.
Hello Mr Kumar, in the past for synthetic, bioactive and water soluble peptides, I used liofilization, so the dry product could be recovered very well. Depending of peptide solubility, this technique could works very well.
