I think you are right with the genus and it got to be M. nivea as many other species don't have white flowers. There is a rare chance it be a M. biflora mutant with white flowers!

This is Chromolaena odorata (L.) King & Robinson, a species of family Asteraceae and native of Tropical America.  But it is widely distributed in the tropics as an exotic  weed

The genus is surely not Melanthera , but only Chromolaena (Syn. Eupatorium) 

I agree with Chromolaena odorata (L.) R.M. King & H. Rob. Aromatic plant very common in America.

The plant, I think is Eupatorium odoratum=Chromolaena odorata.

This plant definitely looks like Chromolaena odorata (formerly Eupatorium odoratum).

It is commonly called Christmas bush in Trinidad and Tobago (Caribbean island just north of Venezuela) because the inflorescences appear around that time of year.

Many of the leaves often appear with reddish brown coloration.

I agree with Angelle this is Chromolaena odorata (Siam Weed) however in Australia it flowers in June and is significant weed of woodlands and agricultural land. Good luck

. Maybe  the time of flowerng is June because that is the time when Australia is cool  and here in the Philippines   starts december  till April
