Is there a "standard concentration" for reconstituting crude plant extracts?

I have aqueous and ethanolic extracts which I plan to reconstitute in PBS and DMSO before doing enzyme inhibition assays on alpha amylase and alpha glucosidase. I will need to do serial dilutions...
