The sample was taken from chicken liver grown directly on blood agar at pH 10 under anaerobic conditions. The colonies look like mucoid large with white centre.
It is very difficult to distinguish bacterial species by microscopy. The types of cell shapes are so reduced compared to the number of bacterial species. Further, cell shapes and sizes of a single species can vary a lot depending on the medium employed and/or culture conditions. I would recommend performing a biochemical identification or a partial sequencing of the 16s rRNA. White structures inside the cells might be endospores, which can be easily stained with malachite green. Have you performed a Gram staining? If you have a Gram positive with endospores the number of possibilities gets lower. Clostridum? Bacillus? ...
