Most developing countries have introduced entrepreneurship education programmes (EEP) without consideration on the most effective ways to teach and sustain students interests for the programme and the resources available within the institutions. I am assessing efforts made so far in teaching EEP, to sustain both the programme and students interests for the programme.

You got me confused. What do you mean with your question? Are you looking for programs that are sustaining? Or do you pershaps look for programs that sustain the interests of students? If you are looking for that the QAA might be helpfull:

It all depends on the institution and what the entrepreneurship education program is to achieve. in any case not everybody is meant to become an entrepreneur. Entrepreneurship is a way of thinking so entrepreneurship education program may have different objectives - (1) to create awareness and so the teaching is about entrepreneurship (2) to create entrepreneurs and so the teaching is for entrepreneurship and (3) to create entrepreneurial mind set and so the teaching is through entrepreneurship. The issue of capacity and sustenance of EE program should be based on the objective of the program.
