Use the whole BEt range (p/P0) for the BJH calculations. If You do so the line should go flat at larger pores (40-100 nm ID).
Take total pore volume, macropores > 50 nm (total volume -volume at 50 nm).

The BJH file is made on a too narrow range of p/P0 (or pore diameter), You have only micropores as can be seen from the diameter range used. So again use the whole range of p/p0.
The BJH is not the best to calculate the pore-size distribution in the micropore area. Try to use the DFT algoritm too, You will get a completely different distribution.
Use p/p0 up to 1 (or close to), with the settings used You will loose a lot of pore volume.
The graph you have attached is restricted in the micropore size range
