My task is to measure crack detection and for that I am using ultrasonic technique for crack detection. Ultrasonic ping sensor I used for crack detection.
For 1st I will take 50 reading and take avg of that it my reference surface. Now my small robot will pass through in closed environment (Closed from all side like pipe) I will take reading and take difference and measured crack.
Now when I take 10 trail for that it will give me result in 6 time 4 time i am fail.
Am I going on right track? If not which sensor I have to used for that?
