Can addition of silver nitrate to media used for invitro cultivation of explant potato affects rate of agrobacterium-mediated transformation?

I used Silver nitrate to reduce ethylene concentration in invitro cultivation of potato wild type to be used as explant in transformation and I got relatively big leaves. However I am curious to know if silver ion build up in the leave won't have negative impact on rate of agrobacterium transformation. I want to use the said leaves as explants.
