Drawing on the theories, I have developed the conceptual model depicted in the figure. All variables are latent, and I intent to run CB-SEM due to confirmatory nature of the model. Considering the ModV is a DV to the IV, MedV1 and MedV2, I wonder whether the model is technically(SEM-wise) sound? If so, I would appreciate if you could provide me with the guidelines on how to test the model in AMOS.

You need to check the model .I have done mediation in AMOS but it does not handle moderation very well although it could be done . I would try PROCESS and go through the fixed models and see if any matches what i want . I would put a straight line from IV to DV and then add the MODV on the outside . PROCESS has a model 59 with one moderator on an IV ,MED V and a DV . Your model has three mediating variables .
