How do I report problems with this site to the shaved apes running it? (I'm very close to closing-out my account because of the poor management here.)
In the top right, next to your picture is an arrow. Select Help Center. Search for anything (eg, give feedback). Go to the bottom of the screen where it says Was this helpful? This is an option to get technical help. It usually takes 4-5 days to get a response and sometimes the response is not real satisfying.
On the day that I launched this discussion, I'd tried selecting the “No” answer to “Was this helpful?” option, and I tried it again just now. In each case, I did not then get a contact form or other contact information. Instead, the icon-fill color was toggled, which compounded the unhelpfulness.
I checked the settings of my browser (Firefox on Fedora) to ensure that no Javascript were blocked, &c.
