I used the NiiStat toolbox for VLSM analysis (lesion images and behavioral data) with success.

Now, I would like to use a set of 3 images (fMRI, ASL and T1) and 2 continuous variables per subject. I have 2 questions and the forum of this toolbox is not responding...

- how to declare the modality of the  T1 (wrc1 images from normalization of the grey matter segment)? - we created .mat files for each modality using  nii_nii2mat, but we couldn't combine them into a single .mat file using the script nii_merge_mat. This script isn't present in version uploaded in January.
