Bounding boxes should be big or small?

I am working of Leaf Disease using YoloV5. My question is that how I draw bounding box. How to improve the mAP. Is size of bounding box can impact on mAP or not? How I evaluate YoloV5. which metric is best precision, recall, mAP 0.5 or mAP 0.9?
