I am working on design slot antenna with {
ground length 120mm , width 120mm
Substrate Roger droide 5880 : Er=2.2 , h=1.575mm
feed : length =60mm , width = 4.3mm and extended length (Stub) =20mm
slot : length =50mm , width =1mm
feed offset by 20mm
frequency 2.4 GHz
As your opinions how can active the slot as Perf. Magnetic conductor and enhance the gain
The slot radiates as a magnetic dipole so it needs to be in a PEC surface. A PMC surface would short it out.

Read about PEC and PMC boundary conditions on the internet, and also about electric dipoles and magnetic dipoles and find out the electric and magnetic field line patterns for each and see how they fit with what must happen at PEC and PMC boundaries.
