For me, Zar, Biostatistical Analysis, is a great resource (https://www.pearson.com/us/higher-education/program/Zar-Biostatistical-Analysis-5th-Edition/PGM263783.html).
For an introduction, with links to R code, and SAS code and Excel spreadsheets, I think the Handbook of Biological Statistics is pretty good (http://www.biostathandbook.com/). (Caveat: I am the author of the links with R code.)
"Biostatistics – A Methodology for Health Sciences" by Gerald van Belle, Lloyd D Fisher, Patrick J Heagerty, and Thomas Lumley. Published by John Wiley and Sons, New York, 2004.
For Stata, do a keyword search on on the Stata Bookstore site (1st link below). A book I like is the one by Vittinghoff et al. (2nd link). If you need an introductory book, the one by Alan Acock (3rd link) is good, although it is not geared to biostatistics specifically.
