Hi. I have problems with the concepts of mediation and moderation. I have even done mediation research, but I still get confused from time to time. I feel like I still need to know more.
Do you know of any books that can help me better understand:
1) The differentiation between moderation and mediation
2) The requirements for each of them
3) What exactly happens in each model
4) Newer mediation theories and not just what Baron and Kenny have said.

Andrew Hayes developed the PROCESS add-in for SPSS that is widely used for analyzing a variety of moderation/mediation models.
