I am writing a book chapter on this. Have started it and looking for those who are interested to be a co-writer. All we need to do, is creating a project portfolio, you write a bit of the section and I'll try to coordinate it to become as a good reading materials. Of cause we need a proper references, etc.

I will create a project in the Research gate, and every day we will write bit by bit until it finish.
