I would like to give a conceptual answer at first. The method used to solve the circuit of any electronic circuit is applicable for any other electronic device. The outline of this method is as follows:
- Model the I-V characteristics of the device by an analytical expression
- Build this model in a circuit analyzer such as SPICE.
This model has parameters called the model parameters which are entered to the analyzer by a .model card
- represent the device by symbol in the symbol library
By doing that the device can be used as a circuit element either that can be used in analog circuit applications or digital circuit applications.
I would like to refer to my book electronic devices to see a device in a circuit can be treated. Please follow the link: Book Electronic Devices
The paper in the given link will help you build the circuit model of you CNTFET model: Conference Paper Compact Modeling and Applications of CNTFETs for Analog and ...
Please see the website: https://nano.stanford.edu/stanford-cnfet-model
Then download the VS-CNTFET libraries. After that, read the white papers in the zip file of the download. These white papers will give you information of the parameters used in the CNTFET.
Use a circuit simulator like synopsis HSPICE, Silvaco Gateway or SmartSPICE to build circuits with CNTFET and do simulations.
i have attached the white papers. Also, please see my paper on CNTFET based circuits for your reference.
