Hello, normally the lime is added to the aggregate not to the asphalt, it´s better that way to promote the adhesion with the asphalt.

Hello Mam , my research work is focused on studying the different mixing temperature and shear rates of blended asphalt with hydrated lime (Asphalt Mastics). I was looking for clear blending asphalt mastic procedure.
